What can one man do when presented with fiction made real and forced into a game of survival against his own need to sleep?

Everyone has a breaking point; A place where their mind shuts down, instincts take over, and restraint goes away. When a 'fictional' Combat Cyborg named Quattro finally pushes a man nicknamed the 'Bakusai Tenketsu' over the edge, both she and her sister discover what it really means when they say 'nice guys finish last.'

Finishing last just means they've had the most prep-time.
